Please carefully read the player waiver and agreement below and sign it. Otherwise, you will not be able to participate in this event.
We, PokerDream (referred to as 'we' or 'PokerDream'), in consideration of our plans to film and record your participation in the event (referred to as the 'event'), have drafted the following agreement:
You agree that we may record, broadcast, and/or live-stream your participation in the event, and grant us all necessary permissions, allowing us to use your participation in the event in any and all media, worldwide, in any and all formats (including those currently known or hereafter invented or discovered), forever. This includes, but is not limited to, broadcasting the event online, creating and distributing video blogs, and producing and distributing promotional materials for the event. We are not required to identify you, nor will we bear any responsibility towards you, except for the liabilities expressly stipulated in this agreement.
For the purposes of film and television production, we have the right to edit, copy, add to, cut, adjust, and translate your participation in the event in any manner we deem appropriate. You irrevocably waive any related rights and agree not to invoke legal provisions such as 'personal rights' or similar laws in any jurisdiction. We do not guarantee the broadcast, performance, and/or any other use of your participation in the event.
Guarantee and promise to us: (a) You have full rights to participate in the event; (b) Your participation in the event (including gestures or others) does not infringe upon the copyrights or other rights of others, nor does it violate any contractual obligations, confidentiality obligations, or contempt of court, and will not damage the reputation of PokerDream or the broadcaster; and (c) All facts expressed by you during the event are true to the best.
All players must use their full legal name when registering for and participating in any event, and cannot participate anonymously. The use of pseudonyms, aliases, nicknames, usernames, or any other unclear identifiers is prohibited. Furthermore, once you register for any event, you waive the right to participate anonymously in any jurisdiction, even if the laws of that jurisdiction allow anonymous participation.
We, the event organizers (PokerDream), will process the information you provide in order to determine your eligibility to participate in the PokerDream Championship, or to produce the program and any other programs or content that may include your participation in the event. Occasionally, we (PokerDream) and the program broadcaster may share your personal data in matters related to the production of the program/other content. We will keep the information confidential and take measures to prevent unauthorized or illegal processing.
We have the right to assign or license the agreement.
I guarantee that the personal information provided in the above player registration form is correct and legible. I acknowledge and agree that if the information I provide in the player registration form is incorrect or illegible, I will not be eligible to receive any prizes related to the event activities.
I hereby expressly consent to the collection, use, processing, and storage of my personal data (including any sensitive personal data) by POKERDREAM.
